With over six year of journalistic experience both in the UK and in Nashville she is our preferred candidate for the role.
Zoe has a passion for country music, having set up ‘Best of British Country Music’ (later known as ‘The Writers Room’), aimed at providing young, aspiring artists an opportunity to shine. Having covered interviews with some of the biggest names in country music, writing about festivals across the country and even releasing her own EP of original music, Zoe will bring all this experience to Maverick Magazine.
With exciting new plans for the future, Maverick is seizing the opportunity for change in order to be able to produce the best editorial, design and digital content possible for our readers. The appointment of Zoe highlights our commitment to being the international market leader, and our further commitment to our fantastic subscription supporters.
Speaking of the appointment, Zoe said: “I remember the first time I went to Country 2 Country when I was still a teenager and Maverick had their own stall in the Town Square. I remember thinking ‘Wow, what a cool job that would be, I’d like to work for them one day’ now here I am – literally living the dream!”
